Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and talented Data Scientist Lead to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and mentor junior and mid-level data scientists through regular feedback, code reviews, and technical guidance.
Define and enforce technical standards and best practices across modeling, experimentation, documentation, and deployment.
Own the end-to-end data science lifecycle, from problem framing and data exploration to modeling, validation, and production deployment.
Design and deliver machine learning and predictive models aligned with business priorities, while partnering with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
Review and approve modeling approaches and performance metrics, translate insights for non-technical audiences, support team growth, and drive adoption of emerging AI/ML techniques.
7+ years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning, with proven team leadership and mentoring experience.
Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, and LightGBM.
Solid foundation in statistics, experimentation design, and model evaluation techniques.
Proven experience deploying and maintaining machine learning models in production environments.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
