About The Role

- Pay: $15.00 per hour
- Start Date: The end of November and beginning of December with positions available throughout the season.
- Seasonal: Seasonal work involves temporary employment tied to specific times of the year.

Job Responsibilities
- Ensure guest safety at all aquatic facilities through vigilant supervision and ongoing practice of life-saving skills.
- Maintain continuous zone coverage and rotate stations without breaking protection.
- Provide emergency care using Ellis & Associates training.
- Conduct daily checks on medical equipment (AEDs, trauma bags, O2 tanks, etc.) and ensure all equipment/facilities are functional and presentable.
- Support guest services through clear communication, community outreach, and positive engagement.
- Follow service recovery protocols to resolve guest concerns.
- Perform daily maintenance checks on vehicles, equipment, and facilities.
- Comply with all safety, security, and government regulations.
- Report safety concerns to leadership.
- Attend required meetings and trainings.
- Assist with daily operations, which may include laundry, phones, guest hospitality, beach setup, landscaping, basic maintenance, and working in varying weather conditions.
Education
- High School Diploma or GED
