Job Responsibilities

  • Sell lift tickets, activities, and resort products through various systems.
  • Guide guests with recommendations and information about the resort.
  • Train and support staff in sales, operations, and guest service.
  • Handle opening/closing procedures and money drops.
  • Provide exceptional service with positive guest interactions.
  • Maintain the appearance and atmosphere of On-Mountain Sales locations.
  • Manage inventory and supply levels.
  • Lead pre-shift meetings and attend relevant resort meetings.
  • Assist with scheduling and breaks.

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Experience

  • Resort and sales experience or one year of related work experience
