About The Role

- Pay: $16 per hour
- Start Date: The end of November and beginning of December with positions available throughout the season.

Job Responsibilities
- Sell lift tickets, activities, and resort products through various systems.
- Guide guests with recommendations and information about the resort.
- Train and support staff in sales, operations, and guest service.
- Handle opening/closing procedures and money drops.
- Provide exceptional service with positive guest interactions.
- Maintain the appearance and atmosphere of On-Mountain Sales locations.
- Manage inventory and supply levels.
- Lead pre-shift meetings and attend relevant resort meetings.
- Assist with scheduling and breaks.
Education
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Experience
- Resort and sales experience or one year of related work experience
