About The Role

We’re looking for the optimists, the changemakers, the status quo smashers, and those who reject the very idea of the impossible. At Clarify, we firmly believe that healthcare can (and should) perform better. Our AI-driven healthcare analytics solutions help some of the biggest entities in healthcare pinpoint new ways to do so, starting with their margins and their missions. We’re looking for talented individuals to join us in blueprinting the next evolution of healthcare.

Clarify is seeking a motivated and experienced Physician Liaison to engage directly with healthcare providers and practices to support Clarify’s outcomes-based partnerships. In this role, you will guide providers/practices through sustained behavior change, including optimizing utilization of in-network, high-quality, and efficient care delivery. Does this sound like you?

You have experience working directly with a variety of providers and physicians (e.g., physician liaison, provider relations, or pharmaceutical sales)

You understand that changing practice patterns requires more than sharing data; it requires diagnosing readiness, building trust, and meeting people where they are

You have a passion for value-based care and for using technology-enabled insights to deliver higher-value, more efficient care

You think in terms of “what motivates this person” and naturally tailor your approach to different audiences

You value working with hardworking, curious, and supportive teammates

You embrace change as an opportunity to learn

You believe diversity of thought improves our outcomes

You take great care in the details
