About The Role

Are you ready to discover the role of an IT Process and User Support Officer in Netcompany?

As an IT Process and User Support Officer , you will support users, improve business processes, and help maintain the digital tools used for Joint Clinical Assessments (JCA) within a European Institution.

As an IT Process and User Support Officer , you will

  • Support users with JCA digital tools and provide guidance on the EU survey tool.
  • Update and improve JCA process documentation across different systems and platforms.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Coordinate user testing, manage issues, and collect user feedback.
  • Work with stakeholders to improve dashboards and IT solutions that support JCA processes.
  • Monitor shared mailboxes and ensure the timely handling and escalation of user requests.
  • Prepare reports on user requests, business needs, and IT enhancements.
  • Contribute to process improvements and explore the use of AI to support JCA activities.

What would make you a fit for the role

  • University degree in Information Technology, Health Technology Assessment, Health Sciences, Public Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
  • Experience supporting users, IT tools, or business processes.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and good knowledge of French.
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
  • Interest in EU health and food safety policy, with a willingness to learn and work with new IT tools and technologies.
