• Record incoming payments promptly and accurately allocate receipts to the correct accounts and projects.
• Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow forecasts to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations, project payments, and loan servicing.
• Coordinate fund disbursement planning for contractor payments, land payments, consultants, and intercompany transactions.
• Liaise with banks and internal sales administration teams to track end-financing status and ensure timely loan disbursements.
• Perform bank reconciliations and prepare treasury reports, including cash position summaries and financing exposure reports for management.
• Maintain proper documentation for audit purposes and ensure processes comply with company policies and accounting standards.
