• An Executive at Eco Hubs/ Business Development assists in operational analysis, strategic retail planning and positioning, stakeholder relations in new partnerships.

1. Operational Analysis

• Analysis of financial performance of each hub – revenue and opex
• Analysis of financial projections
• Creditor ageing analysis
• Liaising with retail management and leasing admin

1. Strategic Retail Planning & Positioning

• Assist in retail planning of existing and future hubs
• Analysis of target markets, demographics and retail positioning
• Liaising with project planning, leasing and retail marketing for each hub
• Attend retail planning meetings
• Liaising with consultants

1. New partnerships

• Assist on larger scale retail partnerships
• Calculation on financial projections and returns analysis
• Liaising with project planning and leasing
• Reviewing legal documentation
