About The Role

Analyze existing workflows in the current OA system and propose optimized designs based on business requirements.
Redevelop and migrate legacy workflows to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI if required).
Design and develop new workflows, applications, or automations in response to changing business needs during the project lifecycle.
Work closely with business stakeholders and internal IT to clarify requirements and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
Deliver project outputs according to agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards.
Provide clear and structured technical and functional documentation for all developed solutions, ensuring maintainability and knowledge transfer.
Support testing, user acceptance, and deployment activities.
Optimize application logic, configurations, and code within the Microsoft Power Platform to improve performance, efficiency, and reliability of delivered solutions.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort through automation and standardization.
