How you’ll contribute
As a Clinical Coordinator, you will provide high-quality therapy services, including patient evaluations, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions, while collaborating within an interdisciplinary team. Care is delivered in accordance with professional standards, ethical guidelines, and discipline-specific best practices. In addition to maintaining a clinical caseload, you will play an active role in supporting departmental operations, program development, quality improvement initiatives, and process enhancements that promote exceptional patient outcomes. This position requires a collaborative leader who can contribute to problem-solving efforts, support team productivity, and help foster a positive, patient-centered rehabilitation environment.

Qualifications and requirements
- A graduate of a program in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology approved by a nationally recognized accreditation body
- An applicable and current state license
- Experience in working with an adult and geriatric population is necessary
- Experience serving people with physical disabilities in desirable
