Le service de l’Information est à la recherche d'une cheffe ou d'un chef de pupitre (secrétaire de rédaction (national)) pour son service des sports afin de préparer, coordonner, superviser des contenus pour diffusion sur la page web de Radio-Canada et nos autres plateformes (application mobile, infolettre, réseaux sociaux, etc.).

Ce poste est à temps partiel (3 jours par semaine).

À ce poste, vous relèverez de la rédactrice en chef des Sports (web/radio/télé) et assumerez les fonctions de secrétaire de rédaction national. Vous devez avoir à la fois l’intégrité et la confiance en vous pour réviser les contenus et les publier en respectant les Normes et pratiques journalistiques (NPJ) de Radio-Canada.

La personne idéale suit de près l’actualité sportive régionale, nationale et internationale. Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre excellent jugement éditorial et la qualité de votre français. Vous avez le sens de la nouvelle et vous connaissez les codes du numérique pour atteindre les publics-cibles et de nouveaux auditoires. Vous serez amené(e) à travailler le soir, de 16h à minuit.

Ce poste nécessite une présence sur site à temps plein.

Exigences du poste

Qualifications

  • Baccalauréat ou l’équivalent;
  • Sept (7) ans d’expérience en journalisme ou l’équivalent.

Compétences

  • Vaste culture générale;
  • Connaissance approfondie de l’actualité sportive;
  • Excellent jugement éditorial;
  • Créativité démontrée dans la présentation des contenus d’information;
  • Connaissance avancée des tendances et formats numériques;
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et bonne connaissance de l’anglais (un atout);
  • Connaissance des outils numériques de Radio-Canada, un atout;
  • Excellente connaissance des Normes et pratiques journalistiques (NPJ) de Radio-Canada;
  • Très bonne connaissance de la logistique d’une salle de nouvelles;
  • Capacité de travailler dans un milieu où la pression est forte et les échéances serrées;
  • Leadership assumé et positif.

Les candidates sélectionnées et les candidats sélectionnés seront soumis aux épreuves suivantes

  • Tests journalistiques (connaissances générales et sportives, français, rédaction);
  • Entrevue.
