Job Description

• 1.供應商管理：
• -與現有供應商保持良好溝通，確保物料供應穩定。
• -定期檢視供應商備料與訂單等作業程式，確保原物料管理有效掌握。
• 2.採購訂單處理：
• -根據物料需求規劃，制定並下達採購訂單。
• -追蹤訂單狀態，確保物料按時交付。
• -執行超額訂單砍單流程。
• 3.物料品質控制：
• -與品質部門合作，確保進貨物料符合品質標準。
• -處理物料異常情況，與品保單位協作，向供應商協商解決方案。
• 4.庫存管理：
• -協助庫存管理，確保物料庫存水準適當。
• -分析庫存數據，提出庫存優化建議。
