Job Description

1. Power System Maintenance and Management:

• Regularly inspect and maintain the company's internal power equipment to ensure normal operation.
• Monitor the operating status of the power system, promptly identify and resolve potential issues.

1. Fire Equipment Management and Inspection:

• Regularly inspect and test fire equipment, including fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, fire alarm systems, etc.
• Ensure fire equipment complies with relevant regulations and standards, and can function properly in emergencies.

1. Emergency Response and Troubleshooting:

• Develop and implement emergency response plans to ensure rapid reaction in emergencies.
• Quickly diagnose and repair faults in power and fire systems to ensure system stability.

1. Facility Optimization and Improvement:

• Propose and implement improvement plans for power and fire systems to enhance facility efficiency and safety.
• Conduct relevant data analysis, establish continuous improvement processes, and regularly evaluate and adjust improvement plans.

1. Technical Support and Training:

• Develop customized training programs to provide technical support and consultation on power and fire systems according to the needs of different departments.
• Train employees on the correct use of power and fire equipment to enhance safety awareness.

1. Documentation and Reporting:

• Write and maintain operation manuals and maintenance records for power and fire systems.
• Regularly submit inspection reports and improvement suggestions, reporting work progress to superiors.
