About The Role
Core Responsibilities
To perform this role successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill or ability required:
- Collecting and performing cursory reviews on documents needed for certification and storing them in an organized job folder.
- Preparing applications for TCB technical review (via completed admin checklists).
- Updating the TCB Tracking Sheet to keep track of the number of applications processed
- Providing applicants/customers/engineers details of technical review results (RTs)
- Saving the RTs and Responses in the applicable job folder
- Uploading information when approved (FCC/Canada/MIC) and receiving/creating grants to be issued to the applicant/customer.
- Work directly with clients to create Technical Construction Files (TCFs) related to the Radio Equipment Directive (RED).
- Providing applicants/customers/engineers details of technical review results (RTs) for RED applications
- Issuing Notified Body Opinions (NBOs)
- Work with Program Manager for Surveillance functions throughout the year.
- Update documents within the TCB folder as necessary (training, procedures, checklists, work instructions, etc.)
- Prepare for and participate in audits conducted by regulatory bodies and accreditation organizations.
- Coordinate all TCB projects and provide Billing Forecast to TCB Director, ensure all projects are billed in METrak
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Other duties as deemed appropriate by management and for which management believes adequate experience exists, or for which knowledge can be easily obtained to perform such duties.
As-needed Responsibilities
- Contribute to team efforts of customer arrivals, scheduling, and conflict resolution

- Travel as needed according to company guidelines
- Two-year college degree or relevant experience. 
- Experience in regulatory compliance and certification processes.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills including the ability to communicate effectively in a group setting with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet or exceed deadlines.
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated attention to details and good documentation skills
- Must have computer (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) and office related skills
Physical Demands
- Office/Desk working environment
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
Compensation
- $36.06-$48.08 per hour
Schedule
- The position is full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
