Customer Service Executive (KR)

• 직무 설명
• 고객 서비스 담당자(이하 "매장 직원")의 업무 범위와 책임은 다음을 포함하지만 이에 국한되지는 않습니다.

1. 고객 서비스

• 탁월한 고객 서비스를 제공하고 이를 PASSION(회사의 서비스 기준)에 맞게 전달합니다.
• 매장에 방문하는 고객을 반갑게 맞이하고 뛰어난 기준을 유지하고 확고한 제품 지식 및 고객 서비스의 모든 측면을 포함하는 친근한 환경을 제공하여 각 고객이 탁월한 서비스를 받을 수 있도록 보장합니다.
• 고객 요청을 유관 부서 또는 고객 서비스 담당자에게 전달합니다.
• 멤버십 요건을 충족하는 고객에게 고객 충성도/멤버십 카드 상향 판매

1. 판매 실적

• 고객의 기대와 만족을 뛰어넘기 위해 노력하면서 모든 영업 기회를 최적화 합니다.
• 일간, 주간, 월간 단위로 설정한 개인 및 팀 매출 목표 달성을 위해 지속적으로 노력합니다.
• 추천과 탁월한 고객 서비스를 통해 상향 판매 가능

1. 재고 관리

• 재고 기준에 따른 매장 정리 및 재고 정리
• 창고의 일일 관리를 유지합니다.
• 고객으로부터 회수한 재고를 정확한 위치에 보관합니다.

1. 매장 디스플레이

• 매장 진열을 수행하고 유지하여 진열이 잘 유지되고 최상의 상태인지 확인합니다.
• 매장을 매일 관리합니다. 청결을 보장하고 고객에게 매장을 적절하게 소개합니다.
• 회사의 VM 표준을 완벽하게 준수하여 매장 전면 및 매장 디스플레이를 유지 관리하고 구성합니다.

1. SOP

• 회사의 정책과 절차를 준수합니다.
• 고객 서비스를 저해하지 않고 가격 입력 오류를 최소화하면서 POS/캐셔를 가장 효율적인 방식으로 유지 관리합니다.
• 잔액을 지불하는 고객에게 정확한 변경 사항을 처리하고 반환합니다.
• 교대 근무 시작과 종료 시 현금 서랍에서 돈을 세어 금액이 정확하고 적절한 잔돈이 있는지 확인합니다.
• 현금 서랍을 정확하게 관리합니다.

Job Responsibilities

The job scope and responsibilities of Customer Service Executive (hereinafter “Frontline Staff”) includes but is not limited to the following:

1. Service

• Delivering exceptional customer service and delivering it so with PASSION (Our Service Promise)
• Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service
• Communicate customer requests to management or customer service associates
• Up sell customer loyalty/membership cards to customers who satisfy the membership requirements

1. Sales Performance

• Able to optimize every sales opportunity while striving to exceed customer expectation and satisfaction
• Consistently strive to achieve personal and team sales target that is set on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Able to up sell through recommendations and exceptional customer service

1. Stock Management

• Organize store room and arrangement of stocks based on Charles & Keith/Pedro inventory standards
• Maintain daily housekeeping of stockroom
• Promptly retrieve the correct stock for customers

1. Store Display

• Perform and maintain store displays to ensure that the displays are well maintained and are in tip-top condition
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the store; ensuring cleanliness and proper presentation of store to our customers
• Maintain and organize store front and store displays in full accordance to Charles & Keith’s VM standards

1. SOPs

• Compliant to company’s policies and procedures
• Maintain and manage the POS/Cashier in the most efficient manner without compromising customer service and minimizing errors in entering prices.
• Handle and return accurate change to paying customers.
• Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
• Responsible for any shortfall or discrepancy in cash drawer.

Requirements

• Strong interest in fashion styling
• Develop and maintain good relationships with customers
• Sales-oriented
• Able to work long retail hours
• Expected to retrieve items from stockroom
• Prior retail experience preferred but not essential

Sales Associate (MO)
