Pediatric ER - Private Healthcare facility

SearchPlus HR is seeking a qualified Pediatric ER physician to join a prestigious private healthcare facility. In this role, you will deliver high-quality emergency medical care to pediatric patients in a compassionate and efficient manner. You will be responsible for rapid assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of children presenting with acute medical conditions, ensuring excellent clinical outcomes aligned with the standards of private healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Promptly evaluate and triage pediatric patients presenting to the emergency room.
• Diagnose, manage, and treat a wide spectrum of pediatric emergencies, including trauma, infections, and respiratory distress.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
• Provide family-centered care with clear communication and emotional support.
• Perform emergency procedures and interventions as necessary.
• Ensure meticulous documentation in the electronic medical records system.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives specific to pediatric emergency care.
• Adhere to the policies and high standards of the private healthcare facility.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of Pediatric Residency and board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics or Pediatric Emergency Medicine.
• Active medical license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Proven experience in pediatric emergency care, preferably within a private healthcare setting.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to perform emergency procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on patient and family-centered care.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
