About The Role
The Fellowship Program Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and operational support for two fellowship training programs. This role serves as the primary administrative liaison between fellows, faculty, program leadership, institutional graduate medical education leadership, and external accrediting bodies. The coordinator is responsible for supporting day to day program operations, ensuring compliance with accreditation and institutional requirements, and facilitating recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, and ongoing fellowship activities.
Education
Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience
Minimum of two to three years of experience in graduate medical education administration or a related academic healthcare administrative role required. Experience supporting residency or fellowship programs preferred.
Skills
- Working knowledge of accreditation requirements and graduate medical education operations preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across two training programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with fellows, faculty, and leadership.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and graduate medical education systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
