Position Overview

We are seeking an Automotive Assis tant Service Manager to support our Service Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our Volvo service department. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and has a proven track record of leading a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily service operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Support and coach service advisors and technicians to achieve department goals
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and service quality
• Ensure compliance with Volvo service standards and MileOne policies
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding service updates and concerns
• Assist in parts and inventory management as needed

Qualifications

• 2-3 years service experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of dealership operations, service processes, and warranty procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
