How your day-to-day in this role would look like

• Reviewing user-generated content against the platform's community guidelines
• Identifying and actioning content that violates policy, accurately and within SLA
• Escalating sensitive or borderline cases following the correct protocol
• Keeping up to date with policy changes and applying them consistently
• Maintaining accuracy and productivity targets while handling sensitive material

Requirements

What do you need to be successful at this job?

• Language Maestro: Fluent in Hebrew, good English
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• A problem-solving, can-do mindset
• Comfortable using computer systems and multitasking between tools
• Patience, empathy and a positive attitude
• Availability to work in shifts
• EU passport or Greek work permit (special cases reviewed by legal)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum B2 English
• C1+ level in the working language
