Oracle Cloud Reporting Consultant

Your role, your impact

As an Oracle Cloud Reporting Consultant, you'll support the delivery of reporting and analytics solutions across Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, HCM, SCM, and Fusion Data Intelligence environments. Working within a Smart Shore delivery model, you'll collaborate with onshore reporting leads, functional consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders throughout the reporting lifecycle. Leveraging Oracle reporting technologies such as OTBI, BI Publisher, Financial Reporting Studio (FRS), Smart View, Narrative Reporting, and Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), you'll help design, develop, validate, deploy, and support reporting solutions that drive informed business decisions.

Your day-to-day

• Develop and maintain OTBI analyses, dashboards, prompts, filters, calculated measures, and visualizations for operational, transactional, and management reporting;
• Support OTBI dashboard design, performance troubleshooting, security validation, data validation, catalog organization, report migration, and deployment activities;
• Develop and maintain BI Publisher reports, data models, and reporting outputs;
• Build and maintain Smart View queries, templates, and reporting workbooks;
• Execute testing, validation, reconciliation, and defect resolution activities to ensure reporting accuracy and reliability;
• Develop, maintain, and validate Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) dashboards, KPIs, visualizations, and reporting outputs;
• Support Narrative Reporting report package development report development and build Smart View queries, templates, and reporting workbooks, including validation of reporting outputs against Oracle Fusion and/or EPM source balances;
• Support Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) dashboards, workbooks, KPIs, visualizations, subject-area reporting, and data reconciliation activities;
• Participate in requirements gathering, reporting assessments, gap analysis, and solution design activities;
• Translate business requirements into reporting specifications and support estimation, documentation, and development planning;
• Execute testing, validation, reconciliation, and defect resolution activities to ensure reporting accuracy and reliability;
• Develop training materials and knowledge-transfer documentation and support end-user training;
• Provide post-go-live support and ongoing maintenance for reporting solutions.

Keys to your success

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience;
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting Oracle Cloud reporting, analytics, BI, ERP, EPM, HCM, SCM, or related enterprise reporting initiatives;
• Hands-on experience developing reports, dashboards, data models, and financial reporting solutions using Oracle reporting technologies, including OTBI, BI Publisher, Financial Reporting Studio (FRS), Smart View, Narrative Reporting, and Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI);
• Experience supporting Oracle Fusion ERP reporting across General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Projects, or related modules, as well as Oracle HCM, SCM, and EPM reporting initiatives;
• Experience with Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), or analytics dashboard implementations;
• Experience with data reconciliation, report testing, defect analysis, issue resolution, and source-to-report validation;
• Experience working within offshore, Smart Shore, global delivery, distributed project, or managed-services environments;
• Strong SQL and reporting development skills;
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

• Oracle Cloud certifications or relevant analytics and reporting certifications;
• Experience supporting reporting assessments, future-state reporting strategy, reporting rationalization initiatives, and the development of reusable reporting assets, standards, and best practices;
• Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects or managed-services clients, providing end-user training and post-go-live support, and working with onshore reporting leads and client teams.
