What You'll Be Doing as a Service Plumber

  • Running residential service calls and diagnosing plumbing issues with confidence
  • Presenting clear repair and replacement options to homeowners
  • Repairing and replacing water heaters (tank and tankless)
  • Handling drain cleaning, sewer issues, leak detection, and general plumbing repairs
  • Completing repipes, top-outs, fixture replacements, and system upgrades
  • Maintaining a clean, organized truck and job site
  • Delivering a professional, 5-star customer experience every time

Requirements

  • Residential service plumbing experience
  • Active TSBPE license required — Tradesman Plumber-Limited or Journeyman
  • Strong diagnostic skills and ability to present options
  • Self-motivated and accountable
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Someone who wants to grow, not just collect a paycheck
  • Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
