VRT Lead

Primary Purpose

Monitors and records product temperatures and records throughout the shift, verifies headcount at the beginning of the shift and performs final checks to ensure loads are correct/accurate.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Assists the shift supervisor.
• Directs the workflow.
• Manages housekeeping.
• Ensures all safety guidelines/S.O.P.s are followed.
• Personal Development - Participates in training and development sessions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years’ relevant experience.
