Product – Master Data Management (MDM) Lead

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Own end‑to‑end Product Master Data lifecycle including creation, enrichment, change, and retirement
Lead Product MDM run operations, SLAs, KPIs, and backlog prioritization
Drive Product MDM enhancements, tooling improvements, and documentation updates
Establish and operationalize Product MDM governance, stewardship, and workflows
Ensure compliance with ITC, COO, HS/HTC, ECCN and regulatory requirements
Partner with CPQ, eCommerce, SAP, and MDM platform teams to maintain canonical product models
Build and mentor Product MDM COE resources and coordinate MSP delivery
Drive data quality dashboards and continuous improvement initiatives
Basic Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Experience

6–10 years experience in Product MDM / Data Governance
Experience with SAP Material Master, CPQ, and enterprise MDM tools (EBX preferred)
Strong stakeholder management and process design capability
Experience leading run + enhancement teams

Preferred Characteristics

Deep functional and technical understanding of MDM for large & complex organization
Effective stakeholder and vendor management
Continuous improvement mindset and strong sense of ownership.
Along with managing day-to-day operational needs, be able to improve short-to-long term
Strong communicator who can simplify complex technical topics for business audiences and lead discussions across functions.
