Job Description
- As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining,
- troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for our
- commercial clients. You will be expected to deliver excellent service, ensuring all HVAC systems
- are operating efficiently and reliably. This position requires a minimum of 3 years experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, repair, and replace HVAC systems, including heating and cooling units, air
handlers, ductwork, and refrigeration systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues and provide cost-effective solutions.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure peak performance.
- Ensure all installations and repairs comply with local codes and safety regulations.
- Provide outstanding customer service by explaining issues and solutions to clients clearly and
professionally.
- Keep accurate records of service calls, maintenance work, and repairs.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the highest standard of service delivery.
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a 3+ years Commercial HVAC Technician with a strong knowledge of HVAC systems,
diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
- Valid HVAC certification (NATE, EPA, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry 85lbs of equipment and tools.
