Job Description

  • As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining,
  • troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for our
  • commercial clients. You will be expected to deliver excellent service, ensuring all HVAC systems
  • are operating efficiently and reliably. This position requires a minimum of 3 years experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, repair, and replace HVAC systems, including heating and cooling units, air

handlers, ductwork, and refrigeration systems.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues and provide cost-effective solutions.
  • Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure peak performance.
  • Ensure all installations and repairs comply with local codes and safety regulations.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by explaining issues and solutions to clients clearly and

professionally.

  • Keep accurate records of service calls, maintenance work, and repairs.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the highest standard of service delivery.
  • Participate in on-call rotation as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a 3+ years Commercial HVAC Technician with a strong knowledge of HVAC systems,

diagnostics, and troubleshooting.

  • Valid HVAC certification (NATE, EPA, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and carry 85lbs of equipment and tools.
