About The Role

Job Duties : Responsible for creating, evaluating and modifying prototypes to support evolving hardware and software application development. As a member of the User Experience team, analyze user needs and apply software design/usability processes toward developing or modifying software solutions. Provide product usability, evaluation and support to product development teams, including the analysis and investigation of applications/systems. May assist in developing design concept and implementation, providing input on user design considerations. May produce specifications describing user needs and internal structures for product in development. May telecommute. (385.35816)

Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, or related field, followed by 8 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a user experience developer-related occupation. Position requires:

  1. Design research, including discovery, usability, evaluation, opportunity definition and prioritization, analysis, and communication;
  2. Design systems, applying libraries correctly, advocating effectively for Enhancement Requests using Figma Design;
  3. Competitive research;
  4. Design thinking, including framing, journey maps, ideation, and cross-functional facilitation;
  5. Design operations, including intake, project planning, reviews, establishing cross-discipline roles, and creation of reusable templates for artifacts and processes;
  6. Information architecture, including targeted research, page or flow diagramming;
  7. UI / UX prototyping and design which includes refinement, documentation, tracking, and developer collaboration using Figma, Jira and Confluence; and
  8. Graphic design using Figma.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $102,300 to $209,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
