Job Details

Purpose

Assisting with the College of Pharmacy Learning Resource Center’s video conferencing program.

Responsibilities

  • Setting up video conferencing connections via Zoom
  • Controlling classroom cameras via a central control room
  • Maintaining proper audio levels for the classroom and video connections
  • Assist with in-room AV support (Powerpoint, doc cam, microphones, etc.)
  • Monitor lecture capture recordings
  • Co-host duties on the Zoom call (muting participants, opening, sharing, etc.)

Required Qualifications

No qualifications required. Training will be provided.

Salary Range

Hourly rate of $12/hour

Working Conditions

Working conditions include walking and standing, interacting with faculty and students during classes, sitting for long period of times

Work Shift

Business hours: 8AM-5PM

Available time slots

  • Mondays: 7:30am-2:00pm
  • Tuesdays: 7:30am-1:00pm
  • Wednesdays: 7:30am-1:00pm
  • Thursdays: 7:30am-3:30pm
  • Fridays: 10:00am-4:30pm
