At *SCAPE, we offer a holistic network of programmes, communities, and facilities to support youth in their pursuit of interests and passion areas. YOU WILL BE WORKING ON

Branding: Support the development and execution of branding initiatives and communications, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Assist in maintaining *SCAPE’s Brand Playbook.

Retail Marketing: Assist in retail marketing initiatives to engage visitors and tenants, and support collaboration with partners to deliver a cohesive *SCAPE experience

On-site Experience & Customer Interaction: Support the planning and execution of on-ground initiatives to enhance visitor experience and engagement within *SCAPE

Wayfinding & Placemaking: Assist in wayfinding and placemaking projects to improve navigation and strengthen *SCAPE’s spatial brand experience

Media & Technology: Support content updates and coordination across *SCAPE’s communication platforms (e.g. website, digital screens, membership platforms)

Market Research: Conduct basic research and trend scanning to support campaign planning and branding initiatives

Experiential Marketing: Assist in the execution of events, activations and experiential campaigns to create engaging youth experiences

Membership Programme: Support *SCAPE’s membership through content, engagement activities and operational coordination

WHO YOU ARE

  • Basic design skills and familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
  • Passion for youth culture, with a good understanding of *SCAPE’s target audience
  • Strong interest in branding, experiential marketing and community/membership engagement
  • Adaptable, hands-on and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to support events and activations, including evenings and weekends when required
