Medical Sales Specialist – Gynaecology & Urology (Dutch Speaking)

Location: The Netherlands

Language: Native Dutch + good English

What You’ll Do

• Drive sales of innovative gynae & urology products through demos, presentations, and in‑theatre support
• Build strong partnerships with gynaecologists, urologists, and theatre teams
• Support clinical procedures and product trials
• Identify new business opportunities and convert them into results
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
• Provide expert clinical, technical, and commercial guidance
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
• Lead local execution of product launches and commercial initiatives

What You Bring

• Medical sales experience in a hospital environment (gynae/urology a strong plus)
• Comfortable working in operating theatres
• Target‑driven with strong closing skills
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities
• Commercially sharp, organised, and proactive
• Technical aptitude for complex medical devices
• Motivated by improving patient outcomes
• Native Dutch speaker with solid English skills
• Full driver’s licence
