Job Description

Revenue Management

  • Manage forecasting on a weekly cycle using established tools, policies, and processes
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates to the Region bookings and revenue forecast in Salesforce.com
  • Publish weekly report or dashboard to Sales Manager/Regional Vice President, and key stakeholders to show
  • Net Revenue Forecast
  • Bookings and Revenue closed / remaining
  • % of target achieved
  • Compile key issues from Sales / Service team in the region in weekly report

Sales Support

  • Assist Account Managers to coordinate Sales activities including timely receipt of design data, quote generation, and purchase order processing
  • In collaboration with the Corporate Salesforce.com Administrator, manage regional activity within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Sales order entry for new PO from region sales
  • Perform analyses on bookings and revenue forecast to identify causes of forecast variability

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce.com preferred
  • Degree: Associate (2 year college) or above
  • English Fluency

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience | Required
