Job Purpose or Objective(s): Responsible for supporting and ensuring operations run smoothly in a dual capacity through positive interactions with guests, resolution of disputes, and management of floor operations on an ongoing basis. Proficiently deal table games observing rules and regulations. You will report to the Director of Table Games/TG Manager/TG Shift Manager.
Primary Tasks (Floor Supervisor)
- You will follow the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Program and its regulations including Title 31 Cash Transactions, Suspicious Activity Reporting and Customer Identification requirements
- Observe and document the performance of team members, ensuring adherence to casino procedures.
- Oversee and maintain the integrity of Table Games activity.
- Approve and oversee count table inventory at the beginning and end of shifts.
- You will facilitate fills or credits of gaming cheques for tables within an assigned section or shift.
- Address minor guest complaints.
- Directly manages the dealers.
- Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; give input on performance appraisal; rewarding and disciplining associates per approved casino policies; address complaints and resolve problems.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Primary Tasks (Dealers)
- You will review and communicate table game activities with supervisors and managers.
- Answer customer or public inquiries regarding general gaming procedures, payouts.
- Clean work area as designated by management.
- Verify identification of customers when needed.
- You will sign and date all paperwork.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- At least 1+ years of prior dealing experience and must have a strong leadership presence and guest service skills.
- Must be knowledgeable in the games they oversee and know the requirements of the positions (dealers).
- Excellent oral or written (legible) communication techniques.
Prior management experience required.
- You will review and communicate table game activities with supervisors and managers.
- Answer customer or public inquiries regarding general gaming procedures, payouts.
- Clean work area as designated by management.

- You will sign and date all paperwork.
