ATIVIDADES E RESPONSABILIDADES

• Contribuir para a manutenção dos programas de compliance regulatório, privacidade e sustentabilidade das empresas da Mobilize Financial Services.
• Participar do monitoramento de atualizações regulatórias.
• Auxiliar na elaboração e implementação de políticas e processos internos.
• Auxiliar no mapeamento e atualização dos inventários de tratamento de dados pessoais.
• Apoiar iniciativas e projetos de sustentabilidade e responsabilidade corporativa.
• Auxiliar nas respostas a consultas internas.
• Apoiar na coleta e reporte de indicadores de desempenho.
• Apoiar na preparação de materiais de treinamento para colaboradores e fornecedores.
• Elaborar apresentações, relatórios e documentos diversos.
• Realizar tarefas administrativas da área, como o processamento de pagamentos.

REQUISITOS

• Formação: cursando Direito ou áreas relacionadas;
• Pacote Office (Excel, Word e PowerPoint);
• Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
• Organização;
• Proatividade.

DIFERENCIAL

• Inglês e/ou Francês.
