About The Role
The Bag Tagger is responsible for assisting airline passengers with the baggage check-in process by verifying travel documents, printing and attaching baggage tags, and ensuring luggage is properly routed for transport. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced airport environment
Payrate: $20.81 Hourly

- Greet passengers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Verify identification, boarding passes, and travel documentation.
- Print, apply, and verify baggage tags for checked luggage.
- Direct passengers to baggage drop locations and security screening areas.
- Ensure baggage information is accurate and complies with airline requirements.
- Assist customers with self-service kiosks and check-in equipment.
- Answer basic questions regarding baggage policies, flight information, and airport procedures.
- Maintain compliance with TSA, FAA, airline, and airport regulations.
- Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or security issues to management.
- Work collaboratively with airline staff, customer service representatives, and baggage handling teams.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Able to communicate in English
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to pass airport security background checks and obtain required airport credentials.
Preferred
- Previous customer service, airport, airline, hospitality, or retail experience.
- Experience using airline check-in systems or self-service kiosks.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
