Start Rate: $23.35 hourly | Full Time | Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM | On Site- Grant HR

Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Talent Acquisition Coordinator serves as a key operational partner within the talent acquisition function, delivering high-quality administrative and analytical support to drive efficient full-cycle recruiting while safeguarding alignment with approved workforce plans, Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) and Headcount (HC) requirements, and labor budgets. This role combines precise coordination, data integrity, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate hiring, control labor costs, and ensure organizational staffing strategies are executed with excellence and compliance.

Primary Tasks

  • Provide operational excellence in recruitment support by managing all administrative aspects of hiring, including interview scheduling, applicant tracking, candidate communications, and interview coordination.
  • Rigorously validate every job requisition and employment offer against approved Full-Time Equivalent (FTE), Headcount (HC), and workforce plans prior to advancing, ensuring full compliance with staffing strategies and labor budgets.
  • Partner with hiring managers through structured job scoping discussions to clarify staffing needs and confirm alignment with current and future workforce requirements.
  • Determine hiring and transfer eligibility, including thorough position control validation and eligibility checks.
  • Maintain accurate, real-time tracking and organization of workforce data, including headcount, vacancies, filled positions, and overall staffing allocation.
  • Deliver timely and accurate workforce reporting, including labor utilization metrics and updates on workforce alignment for leadership review.
  • Actively promote the Choctaw Nation brand through professional candidate engagement, timely communication, and a positive candidate experience.
  • Support and coordinate hiring events, job fairs, campus recruiting activities, and other talent attraction initiatives.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all HR policies, employment regulations, workforce plans, and confidentiality standards.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in workforce tracking, recruiting workflows, and operational systems.
  • Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and Workforce Management teams to maintain seamless alignment between hiring activity and organizational objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or related field OR 4+ years of equivalent professional experience.
  • Advanced computer skills with strong working knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Microsoft Excel, database management, and record-keeping best practices.
  • Experience in recruiting, HR, or workforce operations preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent oral and written communication abilities, and the capacity to analyze and track complex data.
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
