The MuleSoft Support Engineer will provide Level 2 operational and technical support for MuleSoft integrations and APIs. Responsibilities include monitoring integration flows, troubleshooting incidents, performing root-cause analysis, implementing minor fixes and enhancements, and collaborating with development and infrastructure teams to ensure platform stability and service continuity.

Required Skills

2–4 years of experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
Experience with Mule applications, APIs and integration flows
Knowledge of Anypoint Studio, API Manager and Runtime Manager
Good understanding of REST and SOAP web services
Experience with DataWeave, JSON and XML
Knowledge of API-led connectivity and integration patterns
Experience troubleshooting application, API and connectivity issues
Familiarity with log analysis and monitoring tools
Basic knowledge of Java, SQL and relational databases
Experience with Git and CI/CD processes
Understanding of incident, problem and change management processes
Familiarity with ITIL-based support environments
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Good English communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with development and infrastructure teams
