Role Overview

The KYC Coordinator will be integral to managing and optimizing our Know Your Customer (KYC) processes. In this role, you will ensure the accurate and timely handling of KYC documentation, perform compliance checks and maintain up-to-date records in the system. This position is ideal for a detail oriented and organized professional with experience in compliance and legal frameworks, including AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and ATF (Anti-Terrorism Financing). Key Responsibilities

  • KYC Process Management:
  • Respond to and answer KYC queries and KYC approval requests.
  • Liaise and follow up with team members, internal stakeholders, and management for approval of KYC documentation.
  • Ensure that KYC uploads by business units are complete, current, valid, and properly ordered in Salesforce.
  • Verify that business unit uploads correctly reflect expiry dates and flag necessary dates.
  • Conduct World Compliance checks and perform "quick search" Google checks for additional verification, as necessary.
  • Document Management and Follow-up:
  • Follow up on reminder notifications from the system regarding document and insurance expiries.
  • Follow up on expired and missing documents with the respective business units.
  • After KYC approval processing on system accounts, upload the KYC documents to SharePoint for filing.
  • Submit amended contracts to the relevant personnel in the legal team for review if any changes are made to the Terms and Conditions post-KYC vetting.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
  • Generate and report on statistics, exceptions, and statuses (e.g., activated but not approved).
  • Provide a monthly KYC report to stakeholders.
  • Miscellaneous KYC-Related Assistance:
  • Provide additional support related to KYC matters as needed.
  • Facilitate any KYC-related administrative tasks

Role Requirements

  • Relevant experience of 3-4 years, preferably within logistics.
  • Education - Bachelors is a must, Masters preferred.
