About The Role

Our Group Finance team is currently looking for a new Credit Controller, who will be a part of a great team, and be responsible for credit control for UK and the Nordic countries.

This role is reporting to Credit Control Team Leader, Group Finance and you will be part of our new office in Gdansk.

What will you be working with?

Credit control is not just about chasing payments — it’s about managing relationships. The ability to speak confidently with customers, negotiate solutions, and maintain professionalism even in difficult conversations is crucial to succeed in this role. Some of the tasks we will trust you with are:

Monitor and update credit limits

Update the daily cash position and collection file

Manage collection tools within our ERP systems

Prepare bi-weekly aging and bad‑debt reports

Prepare ad‑hoc reports related to credit control activities

Follow dunning procedures (statements, phone, email, etc.) and contact customers—including periodic visits with Sales—regarding outstanding payments

Participate in credit review meetings and coordinate periodic meetings with Sales

Support our GBS team in AR processes

Follow up with lawyers on ongoing legal cases

What are we Looking For?

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar credit control role and 5+ years of experience in a finance department

Experience working in an international environment or corporate setting is an advantage

Good English skills (written and spoken), Other languages will be asset

Strong Excel skills
