Key Responsibilities
- Scan, upload, and organize documents in the designated system.
- Ensure scanned documents are clear, complete, and properly indexed.
- Assist with claims and data entry if required.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Prepare, sort, and archive documents.
- Provide administrative support to the China office and regional operations team.
- Coordinate office documents, courier arrangements, and general correspondence when required.
- Assist in preparing reports
- Keep track of payments paid to both clients and providers.
- Support other ad hoc office administrative duties and operational tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor degree
