Responsibilities

• Assist Italian-speaking customers via chat, email, and phone with their online shopping inquiries and needs.
• Provide product information, recommendations, and support throughout the purchasing process.
• Handle inquiries related to order status, returns, and exchanges efficiently and professionally.
• Identify customer needs and provide personalized solutions to enhance their shopping experience.
• Stay updated on product offerings and promotions to provide informed recommendations to customers.
• Document customer interactions accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve overall service quality.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in customer support or online retail environments is preferred.
• A strong interest in e-commerce and knowledge of current trends in online shopping.
• Ability to engage customers warmly while providing effective solutions.
• Proficient in using customer support tools and e-commerce platforms.
