Key Responsibilities

Review, moderate, and evaluate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
Respond to user inquiries related to moderation and provide insights regarding content policies.
Identify harmful or inappropriate content and escalate issues as necessary to ensure user safety.
Analyze content trends and user interactions to inform moderation practices.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine community standards and guidelines.
Document moderation activities and maintain comprehensive records for reporting and performance feedback.
Engage in training sessions to stay updated on best practices for content moderation and community management.

Requirements

Fluency in Polish and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills in both languages.
Prior experience in content moderation, community management, or a related field is preferred.
Strong understanding of online community dynamics and user engagement principles.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to address sensitive issues with professionalism and empathy.
Familiarity with moderation tools and social media platforms is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to manage content-related challenges effectively.
