We are hiring a Phlebotomist for a Home Health position providing care to patients in their homes in the New Kensington area.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform peripheral blood draws in accordance with physician orders while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and professionalism.
  • Communicate laboratory collection updates and report patient results promptly and accurately to the Registered Nurse and care team.
  • Respond promptly to patient needs, communicate effectively with the care team, and maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR
  • Work independently, but never alone
  • Travel to patient homes within assigned territory

Phlebotomist Qualifications

  • Certification in Phlebotomy
  • High School Diploma or certificate
  • Minimum one year healthcare experience
  • Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
