Operation Assembler (OA) – Technician Level (Junior and middle Level)

• Perform hands-on server assembly and disassembly according to defined work instructions and process flow
• Install and connect hardware components such as servers, racks, rails, power cables, and network cables
• Execute basic functional checks, labeling, and visual inspections before handover
• Follow on-site safety rules, EHS requirements, quality standards, and security controls at all times
• Use tools, jigs, and checklists correctly during daily operations
• Escalate abnormal issues, defects, or missing parts to Supervisor immediately
• Work in shift-based operations and support repetitive production tasks as assigned
• Cooperate closely with team members to meet daily production targets

Qualifications

• Minimum : Basic English – able to read and understand simple work instructions, safety signs, labels, and checklists in English
• Preferred : Able to communicate basic work status or issues using simple English when required
