About The Role

Assist in collecting process-related data through discussions, observations, and document reviews.
Support the creation, preparation, and periodic review of policies, SOPs, work instructions, and process templates.
Coordinate with relevant teams to gather data and clarify process details.
Support administrative and documentation activities within the Process Excellence team.
Active college student or fresh graduate in System Information, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Basic understanding of business processes and documentation.
Familiar with Microsoft Visio, Draw. io, or similar process diagramming tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
Willing to Work On-site in BSD, South Tangerang.
