Lighting Designer / Quote Support Officer

📍 Poland | Project & Quotation Team – Trade Projects

We are currently looking for a Lighting Designer / Quote Support Officer to join our Project & Quotation Team in Poland.

What you’ll do

Prepare complete lighting design projects for small and medium Trade projects, including lighting schemes, technical specifications, and project documentation

Develop technical and commercial specifications for Trade customers in close cooperation with Trade Key Account Managers

Co-create tailor-made value propositions together with the Trade KAM team

Prepare final quotations for Trade customers

Provide technical support for Trade customers, including product data, lighting solutions, and project recommendations

Your qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as: Applied Electrical Engineering or Lighting Technology and Multimedia Engineering

Minimum 2 years of experience in a Lighting Designer role

Good understanding of the lighting business and project creation process

Ability to interpret, explain, and present final project proposals

Fluent Polish and English (spoken and written) – mandatory

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders
