Watersports Manager

As Watersports Manager , you will play a key role in shaping a safe, engaging, and high-quality beach experience for guests. This role is ideal for someone who combines operational oversight with a strong service mindset and enjoys leading teams in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily watersports operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure proper use of all equipment.
• Monitor equipment inventory, maintenance, and compliance with operating procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing watersports, beach operations, or outdoor recreation teams or individuals.
• Experience maintaining watersports equipment and monitoring operational readiness.
• Strong knowledge of watersports safety procedures and emergency response protocols.
• Experience in a guest-facing service role.
• Business-fluent English.
• Powerboat-related license and jetski certification.
• Eligibility to work in Greece.

Preferred Qualifications

• Lifeguard certification.
• First aid or CPR certification.
• Fluency in Greek.
• High-standard seasonal position
