Technical Recruiter for UAE Market

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter for UAE Market with a strong background in the UAE recruitment market to manage end-to-end hiring for technical and IT positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical positions across the UAE market.
• Source high-quality candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews with clients.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Understand client requirements and provide market insights and hiring trends.
• Negotiate notice period and offer terms to ensure successful candidate closures.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide timely status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and UAE employment practices.
• Build long-term relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in technical recruitment, with at least 3 years recruiting for the UAE market.
• Strong understanding of the UAE hiring landscape, employment practices, and salary trends.
• Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Gulf, Bayt, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent knowledge of Boolean search techniques and candidate sourcing strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and professional English language skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Eligibility to work in India.
• Experience working on permanent, contract, and project-based hiring is preferred.
