Assistant Manager

• Well versed with Financial Planning & Analysis concepts, knowledge of Capital Management, Actuarial, preferably in Insurance
• Work experience of Revenue, G&A and COGS concepts, reporting & analysis
• Knowledge of P&L and Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Experience with GAAP and STAT accounting is preferrable
• Excellent project management, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Established work experience in financial management roles with heavy data-focus
• Effectively balance quality, timeliness and productivity standards
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with several stakeholders
• Demonstrate capacity to communicate the complexities of the technical solution to non-technical audiences

Intelligent Risk Taker and Decision Maker

• Should be able to deliver in timely manner and with accuracy on all the reports during close period
• Provide variance analysis on the required reports
• Deliver on various reports during Actual and forecast periods
• Liaise with On-shore stake holders and complete all the activities for self and the team
• Ensure TAT and accuracy is met on all the reports / tasks
• Automate day-to-day data requirement
• Provide analytical support for any special projects
• Minimum Graduate from relevant stream
