Your place in our story

  • The Team Assistant is responsible for responding to and assisting internal Residents and staff and external clients.
  • Here’s how you’ll contribute
  • Respond promptly and courteously to all resident-related issues in a professional manner, informing management when applicable and if follow-up is required.
  • Prepare resident arrival and key packages, and coordinate smooth move-ins and move-outs, including elevator bookings where applicable..
  • Respond to resident requests, inquiries, and concerns, in-person and over the phone.
  • All other tasks as deemed by Property Manager

What you bring to the team

Technical Competencies

  • Education: High School Education or a College Diploma is an asset
  • Experience: A minimum one to two (1-2) years relevant office and reception experience.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Outlook
  • Excellent listening, oral and written communication skills
  • Customer focused and positive attitude
  • Patience and problem solving when dealing with customers
  • Team Player
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Flexibility
  • Attention to detail (double checking)
  • Multitasking skills
