Customer Relationship Executive

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited and its values. Your primary role is to establish and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their experience with our products and services is exceptional. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing information, and resolving any issues that may arise.

• Greet and welcome customers, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Build and maintain a database of customer information and preferences.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any post-sales queries.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest company offerings and promotions to effectively communicate them to customers.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Ensure customer data privacy and security, adhering to company policies.
• Provide regular reports on customer interactions and feedback.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a BFSI environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Basic knowledge of banking and financial services is preferred.
• Good computer literacy, including MS Office suite.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for customer service.
