About The Role

Our Arnold office is looking for another hygienist to join our team. You’ll have access to dedicated clinical support, mentorship, continuing education through TAG University, and advanced technology, including voice-activated perio charting, TRIOS® 3D scanning, and Videa AI.

With structured onboarding, hands-on training, and ongoing career development, you’ll have the resources to grow while focusing on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive pay: $55/hr , plus an uncapped incentive plan rewarding patient-centered care
  • $20,000 SIGN ON BONUS! - Monthly stipend: $1,000 monthly stipend for the first 20 months toward expenses of your choice

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans
  • Utilize digital technology to support clinical assessments, case acceptance, and patient communication
  • Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient experiences
  • Manage your schedule and supplies with the autonomy needed to provide comprehensive care

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
  • Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education
