Administrative Specialist

• Serve as a key support partner to the commercial and sales teams.
• Coordinate customer requests and assist with inquiries throughout the sales process.
• Support quoting, contract administration, and CRM activities.
• Maintain accurate customer and project information within Salesforce or similar systems.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
• Coordinate meetings, calendars, agendas, and travel arrangements as needed.
• Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to support various customer and business initiatives.
• Track multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met.
• Help identify process improvements that enhance the customer experience and team efficiency.
• 1 year of experience in administrative support, sales support, customer service, operations, or a similar business support role.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability, flexibility, and willingness to learn new processes and systems.
• Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms is highly preferred.
• Experience supporting sales or commercial teams is an advantage.
• Exposure to contracts, quotations, or commercial documentation is beneficial.
• Highly coachable and eager to learn.
