Commercial Manager, New Hotel Openings

The Commercial Manager – New Hotel Openings is responsible for ensuring hotels open On Time, On Brand, and On Budget by leading the commercial planning and execution for new hotel openings and conversions. The role drives cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, PR, Revenue Management, Distribution, and Commercial teams, oversees the commercial critical path, develops opening-year commercial strategies, manages project milestones and stakeholder alignment, and ensures successful market entry and commercial ramp-up while embedding IHG's commercial tools, processes, and best practices.
